Eleanor McIntosh is a graduate soprano from the Royal Northern College of Music after studying under the tutelage of Deborah Rees. Eleanor has partaken in many performances with the RNCM. These include being part of the RNCM Chamber choir in Holst’s ‘The Planets’ performed at the ‘Bridgewater Hall’ with renowned conductor Yan Pascal Tortelier. As well as this Eleanor has undertaken the roles of Handel's '‘Rodelinda’, ‘Fiordiligi’ from Mozart’s Cosi fan tutte and 'Vivetta' from Cilea's L'Arlessiana in the RNCM's Opera Scenes series to which she thoroughly enjoyed.
Other Performance opportunities include Eleanor singing as part of the chorus in a wonderful performance of Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony, performed in the Barbican Centre with soloist's including Elizabeth Watts.
Eleanor also had the fantastic opportunity of performing with Ukrainian choir 'Bulava' in both the Notre Dame, Paris as well as touring to Kyiv, Ukraine to perform in religious ceremonies and traditional Ukrainian arts songs.
